Wells Fargo Health Advantage Guidelines

A Wells Fargo Health Advantage (WFHA) credit card is a convenient way to pay for treatment.
Access Veterinary Care is happy to accept WFHA subject to these requirements from Wells
Fargo:

  1. The cardholder must be present with a photo ID to use their Wells Fargo card for
    payment.
    The name on the ID and credit card must be the same to reduce fraudulent
    activity.
  2. The cardholder must physically sign a transaction receipt for the clinic to keep.
  3. Payments must be made in person. Access Veterinary Care cannot accept payments
    over the phone or virtually using a Wells Fargo card. If you have to pay for anything over
    the phone or virtually, you must use a different form of payment.
  4. Wells Fargo can be used only for completed services or products. Deposits cannot be
    taken using a Wells Fargo credit card. Items paid with Wells Fargo are likewise ineligible
    for returns.

The above rules are set by Wells Fargo and we are unable to provide any exceptions to them. If
