The staff I interacted with, Tiffany- tech, and Doctor (can’t remember name) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was concerned about letting my cat go into the building w/o me (due to covid restrictions) because he’s usually scared of strangers, but he did well and was taken care of. They went above and beyond with all the info and recommendations shared, and even plan to call me tomorrow to check in. They’re our new vet of choice. :)
