- Admission time should have been specified in a recent text; please call if you have questions about the time you are supposed to drop your pet off.
- Pick up all food and eliminate access after 10pm the night before their procedure. Water should be provided as usual. Make sure everyone in your home is aware – if they are fed, we may need to reschedule and the deposit would be forfeit.
- Give all medications as usual unless specifically instructed otherwise – a small treat or bite of food if needed to give the medication is acceptable.
- Ensure dogs have adequate opportunity to urinate and defecate prior to drop off.
- Allow 10-20 minutes to check in your pet for their procedure.
- For patients anticipating dental surgery – soft/canned food will be required for 7-10 after, so you may want to pick some up.
- You should receive a text with a link to a consent form around 6:00 AM the morning of the procedure. Completing this is required to drop off; if you have technical issues we can assist on arrival, but please be patient and allot extra time/arrive early.
